Eggs Benedict are prepared here using a special technology on buckwheat bread with seasonal mushrooms and sturgeon caviar or with trout (salted of our own, of course) and red caviar. There is a shakshuka made of quail eggs with a sauce based on wine and cider, and there is an omelet with goat cheese and black truffle. In addition to egg dishes, it is definitely worth trying: bird cherry dumplings with homemade cottage cheese in ice cream with blue mint sauce, Yakut dessert curchekh (without sugar!) Made of heavy cream and wild berries, as well as porridge made of pine nuts with lingonberry sorbet (which is definitely more do not cook anywhere!). Instead of the usual English breakfast, they serve a Siberian: a warm salad of stewed spinach with fried bacon, bagged egg, seasonal mushrooms and generous slices of juicy roast beef. I especially appreciate the places where breakfast is served all day. At Focacceria, the menu is small but to the point. In a festive mood, take pancakes with black caviar and a mimosa cocktail (prosecco, orange juice). If you need more modesty, then here is oatmeal with regular or plant milk with fresh strawberries, or crispy toast with avocado, poached egg and salmon, or farmer's granular cottage cheese with sweet toppings to choose from. Well, and croissants, of course - with sweet fillings or with ham and mozzarella from our own cheese dairy. Should I be reminded of focacci? With rosemary, Parma ham, mozzarella and arugula, with pesto or tuna, classic or gluten-free dough.

The most photogenic breakfasts from Vladislav Korpusov are in Stories. Everything that Ballis does here seems sexy to me, and breakfasts are no exception. Grab a rustic wheat bread toast with scrambled eggs and fresh seasonal truffle or sea urchin, as well as the signature Benedict with prosciutto, sautéed spinach and hollandaise sauce. Here you can find both a traditional English breakfast (chicken breast, sausages, chorizo, bacon, and more on the list), as well as Greek yogurt with fresh mango and lime honey. Breakfasts at Noor are served from nine in the morning until five in the evening, which is very important in Moscow. Pay attention to Benedict according to the recipe of Svetlana Kesoyan: it is served on a thin toast of Borodino bread with spinach, with a lot of sauce and in combination with smoked salmon or ham. You can also order a traditional French omelet with crispy bacon and new potatoes, or a light, protein-free omelet with avocado and spinach. I go to Probka on Tsvetnoy Aram Mnatsakanov on dates, but it should be for breakfast. Here, for example, they serve black truffle in a variation of scramble and Benedict on a brioche bun with salmon and red caviar. Here you can also try the signature baked Adjarian omelet borani with milk and suluguni according to the recipe of the chef Gia Khuchua from the Georgian restaurant Aram MAMA TUTA. Well, and, of course, the classic casserole - like in childhood, and a special drink made from cortado coffee - espresso with baked milk. In Touch of Matcha, in Moscow City, the most unusual and mouth-watering cereals are oatmeal from matcha (how else can it be at a matcha bar?), Banana and peanut butter, rice with blueberry puree, agave nectar and nuts, millet with pumpkin, cashews, sesame paste and Jerusalem artichoke syrup and a novelty on the menu - quinoa porridge with almond milk with berries and seeds. Everything here is the way I like it - the most healthy and wholesome menu, but without extremes. Porridge will compete with any delicious dessert: oatmeal with caramelized banana and chocolate crumble or rice with mango / passionfruit sorbet dumplings, chia seeds in coconut yogurt and fresh grated coconut. Croissants with salmon and sun-dried tomatoes, bagels with pastrami, spinach waffles with salmon and cottage cheese cream appeared very opportunely on the menu. Also pay attention to the airy curd casserole with sour cream ice cream and buckwheat waffles with white chocolate mousse, airy cottage cheese and berries. For those on the calorie track, there is a light Greek yogurt with rhubarb puree.

My favorite Pavel Ann (KM20, HappyEnd) in the new BARBOSCO (under the leadership of Takhir Kholikberdiev) prepares perfectly textured zucchini pancakes with stracciella, croissants of various types, pancakes with black and red caviar, oatmeal with parmesan and truffle, as well as rice with vanilla. For those who are especially hungry - “big breakfast”: eggs (Benedict, poached, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs to choose from) with spinach, hash brown and homemade turkey sausages. Well, one of the best cocktails that I have tried this year is also here - Krasniy based on gin, cranberries, rose petal essence, and orange liqueur.

I discovered it back in the fall - and still in a wild delight: the perfect place for business meetings. Beautiful, overlooking the vibrant Pushkinskaya Square, quiet and impeccable in atmosphere and service. I am generally silent about the social and simply comfortable distance: the tables are all quite far from each other, you can conduct any negotiations. And the chef is great here - he makes a simple and exquisite Nordic-style menu. Grab a chicken liver parfait, a traditional Danish smörrebrod to choose from with delicious lightly salted glavlax salmon, northern prawns, tender beef roast beef, or new potatoes and asparagus. It is customary to go to Troyan for breakfast if you are a foodie and treat with a healthy indifference to such nonsense as counting calories. I choose another option - I take a man with a good appetite with me. In the subdued light, you will no longer distinguish day from night, you will meditate on fire and hug as if the north is close, and the winter will be long. Start with buckwheat porridge with milk, butter and parmesan. Porridge with a surprise: you will understand this when you feel a light crunch and an unobvious taste of buckwheat and hazelnut popcorn. An easier option is rice porridge with coconut milk, sea buckthorn sauce, coconut, popcorn and mango tartare. I can also recommend the hot dog with excellent pastrami on a soft wheat bun. And another hit of the establishment - the perfect crispy toast with camembert on a thin slice of yeast-free bread with pear,honey and truffle. Well, if there is room for dessert, take a cottage cheese ring - a choux pastry with unsweetened melted cottage cheese inside (with a slight smack of smoke), in a creamy sauce and condensed milk.

Rick's Bar & Bistro holds a special place in my heart, thanks in large part to the local chef Artem Petrin. I love absolutely everything he prepares and his new breakfasts are no exception. The most dangerous dish is baked cottage cheese, a caramel portion of happiness. Judging by how tasty it is, it is hardly low in calories, but it is impossible to stop at all. Artem also loves to connect the incompatible, and is always successful. He has an omelet with vongole shells and red caviar. This is love it or hate it, of course, but you immediately want champagne to go with it, especially since the Rick's bar list always has something unusual and at a good price. Well, and on weekends - Bellini brunches: a Bellini cocktail as a gift for each guest.
