The star, whose shape we never tire of envy, took a nutritional course and shared her experience with Harper's Bazaar - and also frankly told how she likes to pamper herself, forgetting about the norms of BZHU.
For me, correct eating behavior has long been the norm: I came to it partly thanks to the acquired knowledge, partly intuitively. I wanted to take a nutritional course in order to test myself: to understand what I am doing right and what needs to be changed. In general, I love to study. And being healthy is the basis that, unfortunately, we have not been taught since childhood.
Thanks to the course, I finally taught myself to fall asleep on time. Sleep is the basis of health, the work of the whole organism, digestion, recovery. It is in a dream that all important processes take place. And in order for them to happen in a timely manner and fully, you need to go to bed on time. I used to fall asleep around 00:00 or even 1 am. The rise was at 8: 00-9: 00. Now I go to bed a couple of hours earlier, wake up at 6-7 in the morning and have time to do a huge number of things that used to stretch out for the whole day, or which I did not have time to start at all. The second important habit is adherence to the diet. Once again I was convinced that in one meal there should be proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Previously, I could only have breakfast with porridge on the water, and then wonder why hunger quickly comes, and not enough strength. Now my diet is more nutritious and balanced.

Proper nutrition is our health. And this health consists of healthy habits. For example, I try not to overeat, eat at night, drink a lot of water with meals, eat refined foods, or eat fast food. You need to listen to your body, cleanse it. Pamper him with fresh produce and freshly prepared food. Do not snack (a healthy person does not need snacks) and at the same time try to comply with the diet.
So my stop list:
- All ready-made heavy sauces containing sugar and flour
- Products in batter and deep fried
- Any juices, even freshly squeezed ones. I prefer whole fruit to them and drink only water.
But I am not a robot, but a living person, and sometimes I want something that I gladly allow myself. And it can be anything from pizza to tiramisu. I do this no more than once a week, given that I eat healthy fresh food all week. In case I want to please myself, at home there are apples, sugar-free protein candies, seaweed in olive oil in the form of a snack (aka kelp) and nuts. From healthy desserts - this is an apple baked in its pure form without sugar, syrup, honey and other additives. By the way, chia pudding on coconut milk with mango is also a great healthy dessert for me. And then there are desserts that are not entirely healthy, but they do not harm your eating habits. Yaro has the best.
If I feel that I am not in my best shape, I immediately completely eliminate any sugar, dairy and gluten-containing products. I increase the amount of vegetables in my diet, and, of course, I include sports. Usually it takes three days for the body to enter the improvement phase.
Naturally, I share with my family the knowledge that they are ready to perceive, and I propagandize everything exclusively by my example. It cannot be that I tell the children not to eat something, but eat it myself. So everyone already knows the basics: there is no refined sugar in our house, and everyone understands why. Although sometimes we all laugh at it together, I try to instill healthy habits in the family. And I am glad that they understand me. At the same time, we all have a healthy appetite and we love to eat. My knowledge also affects the preparation of food, but the taste does not suffer.
