Christmas tea

Ingredients:
- Black tea 20
- Red apple 120 gr
- Cloves 1 gr
- Cinnamon sticks 3 pcs
- Vanilla sugar 150 gr
- Hot water 600 gr
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve without sediment. Combine the resulting 75 g of workpiece and 150 g of milk. Warm up to 70 degrees, and beat the foam. Decorate with a cinnamon stick.
Pet friendly tree

Ingredients:
- Black currant s / m - 220 gr
- Ground cardamom - 6 g
- Sugar - 150 gr
- Water - 500 gr
- Fresh mint
Preparation:
Rub the currants in a blender with water. Pour the resulting mixture into a saucepan, add cardamom and sugar, heat until the sugar dissolves, strain through a fine sieve. Pour 100 g of the resulting concentrate into a cup, add 150 g of hot water, stir with a spoon. Decorate with mint.
Fruit mulled wine
Ingredients:
Orange 4pcs
Apple 1pc
star anise 3pc
cinnamon sticks 2pcs
Honey to taste
Water - 600
Chili pepper optional
Preparation:
Peel the oranges from the zest to white pulp (do not throw out the orange zest) and make fresh. Cut the apple into thin slices. Pour fresh juice, 600 ml of water, part of the zest into a small saucepan, leave a beautifully chopped apple for decoration. Add cinnamon sticks, star anise stars and honey to taste. Heat until honey dissolves and temperature 80 degrees. Do not bring to a boil. Pour into a cup and garnish with the remaining zest, cinnamon and star anise.
