You will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of ground coffee
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon CT fat (available at sports nutrition stores)

Brew the coffee first. Do it the way you are used to - in a Turk, a funnel or a French press. Then add the rest of the ingredients to the hot coffee and mix thoroughly. Remember that the drink, despite its fat burning abilities, is very high in calories and is equivalent to eating. Therefore, if you are used to drinking coffee in the morning, toast or oatmeal will obviously be superfluous here.
