Vitamin shots, which can be prepared at home in a few minutes, will help protect the body from the inside.

You only need 5 ingredients, which can be easily found at your local supermarket. These are ginger, lemon, orange, turmeric and black pepper. Why exactly this five? We disassemble in order.

Ginger - has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, making it an essential food for fighting viruses.

Turmeric - this spice will give your drink not only a pleasant golden hue, but also a lot of useful properties. It strengthens the immune system, reduces inflammation and removes toxins from the body.

Orange and lemon - remove harmful substances from the body and boast a high content of vitamin C, which is good for strengthening the immune system.

Black pepper - serves as a kind of catalyst and multiplies the effect of other components.

How to cook:

  • 1 large orange
  • 2 small lemons
  • 1/2 cup chopped ginger root
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper (you can take a few peas)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional)

1. Thoroughly wash the orange and lemons, cut into large pieces without removing the peel (remember: up to 70% of nutrients are contained there, and not in the pulp). 2. Add ginger, turmeric and pepper. 3. Place the ingredients in a juicer (if not, a blender will do, just remember to strain the liquid at the end). 4. Divide the mixture into two portions and drink one.
