Of course, as a result of a complete refusal of food, weight loss is inevitable. Exit from dry fasting

The recovery time from dry fasting should be twice as long as the fasting itself. If we are talking about a 36-hour fast, then you will need exactly three days to exit.

The way out of dry fasting is better to start with a small amount of water, and then after a while you can start drinking juices. Freshly squeezed citrus juices are best suited for getting out of dry fasting. In the first couples, it is worth diluting them with water, because during the time of abstinence from food, the body becomes susceptible to what enters it after the fasting process, therefore, you need to be very careful in choosing products and taste intensity.

The first day after the end of the fast, you can drink only water and natural juices (if you are allergic to citrus fruits, then pomegranate juice is perfect). From about the middle of the second day, you can start eating plant foods - vegetables and fruits - preferably not starchy and not subjected to heat treatment. On the third day, all the same vegetables can be boiled, steamed or stewed without adding oil.
