It turns out that Megan and Prince Harry had savings: the couple received a large sum for the video broadcast of their wedding - 90 thousand pounds. They phoned the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, who married them in May 2018, and decided to donate these savings to Feeding Britain, which Welby is taking care of. This charitable organization provides three meals a day to schoolchildren from low-income families, such support is especially important during a pandemic when children cannot eat in educational institutions. In a conversation with Archbishop Megan and Prince Harry noted that they are "very happy that the money will go to a good cause."
