Video: Elizabeth II Entered Zoom For The First Time
At 94, Elizabeth II not only sits royally in the saddle, but also masters new technologies, while remaining a symbol of unshakable traditions. Today, the head of the United Kingdom took part in a video conference for the first time, joining her daughter in the Zoom app. The Queen, along with Princess Anne talked to four British women - they are caring for relatives who, due to age, disability or a confirmed coronavirus, are in a difficult situation.
Her Majesty got in touch from Windsor Castle, where the royal isolation takes place, and for about twenty minutes talked with the interlocutors, and then thanked them for their concern: “I listened with great interest to your stories and life stories. And I am very impressed with what success you have achieved. I am very glad that I was able to speak with you today."
Throughout the entire quarantine, Elizabeth II communicated via video link with family and subordinates, but earlier the program was set up by the castle staff, but now the Queen has personally mastered Zoom. We look forward to the first tweets of the monarch and - what if? - personal account on Instagram.
