Yulia Vysotskaya took the wine component of La Stanza especially seriously and, together with the general director of the Grand Cru wine chain Vlada Lesnichenko, developed an understandable map that “speaks” the same language with the guests. You can also tell legends about coffee: in the morning the barista will offer you a light and aromatic version of AM, which will make the perfect batch of cappuccino, and in the evening - a spicy and rich PM, which is recommended here not to be mixed with milk. Both offerings are made in 100% Ethiopia Lavazza, the brand's most iconic variety.
Chef Juan Carlos Rubio Alonso, known to us for gastronomic pleasures at Barvikha Luxury Village and the restaurant “Pub Lo Picasso” by Alexander Rappoport, took over the main menu. The Spaniard definitely knows a lot about the right additions to the drink of the gods: signature tapas and pintxos, meat, cheese and fish, made up a good half of the dishes on the menu, entitled with a quote from John Taylor: "God created food, and the devil created cooks."
