BoscoBal is one of the favorite New Year's Eve traditions for the Moscow public: every year, a couple of weeks before the holidays, the most prominent figures of cinema, theater, media industry, as well as singers, showmen, poets and composers gather there. If we imagine that they all became participants in the same “Blue Light” of 1966, which took place in the Ostankino concert studio, the time machine will immediately begin its work: the main hits of the 60s will sound from the stage, which every resident of Russia knows by heart, and the images of the heroes of the evening will be subject to the fashion of half a century ago. Last Sunday everything was like that: all the same "Ostankino", all the same songs from the repertoire of Joseph Kobzon, Muslim Magomayev and Maya Kristallinskaya, "Migratory birds are flying" performed by Ivan Urgant, who was the host of the evening (and not only) …

Preparation for the event became important both for the concert participants (among them - Oleg Menshikov, Igor Butman with Big Band and many others), and for the guests: Evelina Khromchenko admitted on her Instagram that she had carefully studied the archives of the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company to comply with the dress code. The seriousness of the game in the 60s gave the guests a slight nostalgia for the brightest moments of Soviet culture, anticipation of the upcoming holidays and real pleasure.
