Naomi Campbell does not need advertising: the British supermodel has already entered world history, becoming not only one of the most successful representatives of her profession, but also the first black girl to grace the cover of Time magazine and other famous publications.
However, until now, Campbell is faced with manifestations of racism in his work. In an interview with The Mirror, Naomi admitted that she recently lost her advertising contract: representatives of one of the Asian countries (our heroine does not specify which one) refused to sign a contract with the model because of her skin color. This discrimination does not upset Campbell, but rather charges to continue to resist such attacks: “It surprises me, but it helps not to pass. And once again reminds that racism is still flourishing. That's why I am not giving up."
Naomi also admitted that she refused to participate in Paris Fashion Week in protest, because too few models from the ethnic minority are involved in the shows.
