Tie pins, doll houses and photographs - the exhibits of the Musée des Arts décoratifs showcase the life of France from the Middle Ages to the present day. It would seem, why H&M is such a non-trivial partnership? The fact is that the rich museum archives served as the inspiration for the new collection of the eco-friendly Conscious Exclusive mass market line. Based on sketches based on the heritage of des Arts décoratifs, bohemian embroidery on the coat, a marble pattern on azure earrings and a print on the key piece of the collection - a translucent dress were invented.
Each piece of the collection is as if created for her muse, the embodiment of the image of a real Parisian - Julia Restuan-Roitfeld, already honored to be the face of brands such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Lancôme and Tom Ford. The daughter of international fashion director Harper's Bazaar Karin Roitfeld is interesting not only for her striking appearance: after graduating from the Parsons school in New York, Julia founded the Global Design design studio, which, in addition to advertising campaigns for Jean-Paul Gaultier, Rock & Republic and Valentin Yudashkin, created the current logo of the Garage Center for Contemporary Culture.
Future owners of new Conscious Exclusive products will be able to feel their involvement in the fight for the environment - all elements of the collection are made with care for the future of our planet and are made exclusively of organic materials. The collaboration will go on sale in April next year.
