Less than a month after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle officially stepped down from their royal powers, the youngest grandson of Elizabeth II launched a new charity project. The Duke of Sussex started organizing the HeadFIT portal in advance, even before moving to the United States - he announced this in an official statement: “It took almost three years to create the project, and I sincerely thank everyone who was involved in its launch. Each employee who took part in it can be proud of this significant achievement."
From now on, the Duke of Sussex, along with the Heads Together Foundation and the Department of Defense, will help military personnel and veterans to maintain psychological and physical health. The HeadFIT website will collect simple and effective recovery techniques: breathing and meditation practices and fitness programs - including exercises to strengthen posture and develop endurance. Prince Harry noted that the complexes posted on the portal will help anyone who wants to withstand stress - and we are talking about both real opponents and difficult life situations - and achieve success comparable to the victories of professional athletes.
In addition to this project, Prince Charles' son will continue to pursue his own charitable foundation Archwell, which he co-founded with Meghan Markle.
