On the occasion of International Women's Day, Meghan visited Robert Clack High School in Dagenham (East London), where she discussed with students and educators (there were more than 700 of them) the problems women face every day.

“It is a great honor for me to be here today. When we thought about what I wanted to do on International Women's Day this year, I decided that it was incredibly important for me to be with the representatives of the new generation,”explained the Duchess attending school

During the meeting, the Duchess of Sussex urged the students to "stand up for their truth, stand up for what is right, and respect each other."

Meghan also addressed the male audience: “You have moms, sisters and girlfriends - protect them. Make sure they feel valued and safe. And let's just get together to make International Women's Day something that happens not only on Sunday, but, to be honest, every day of the year."

Markle emphasized that “it doesn't matter what gender you are and what your skin color is. Everyone has the right to speak up and vote for what they think is right."

At the school meeting, Prince Harry's wife appeared in a simple but very elegant outfit: an ME + EM tweed jacket, a white T-shirt, black skinny shoes, Jennifer Chamandi shoes and a bag from London-based Korean designer Rejina Pyo.
